Manage cross-border investigation projects end-to-end
Coordinate investigation providers, internal teams, and legal stakeholders
Analyze investigation findings and identify possible enforcement actions
Translate investigation results into enforcement plans
Ensure compliance, documentation, and reporting to clients
Requirements
4–8 years of experience in project management, investigations, or enforcement-related roles
Experience coordinating cross-border stakeholders
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to work with investigation data and analytical tools
High level of confidentiality and accountability
Fluent English and Mandarin; French is a plus

- Strong background in complex corporate / mid-cap deals
- Qualified to practice law in China
- Experience with international or cross-border transactions strongly preferred
- Exposure to top-tier transactional teams (international firms or leading PRC firms)
- Strong English communication skills
- Hands-on deal execution capability (DD, structuring, negotiation, drafting)
- Advisory mindset (non-litigation)
- Real estate–focused profiles will not be considered
